In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout
the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.
| Board of Directors | The Board of Directors is responsible to the Club Members for the effective running of the Club and to ensure that the Club acts always within Kiwanis International, Kiwanis Australia District, and the Club's own Constitutions. | Benigna Avallone |
| BUG's (Bring Up Grades) | Bring Up Grades (BUG) is a program designed to provide recognition to students who raise their grades into an acceptable range, and maintain or continue to raise them from one grading period to the next. | Benigna Avallone |
| Community Service | This Committee assesses the ability of the Club to perform Community Service projects and recommends to the Board of Directors which projects the Club should undertake. | Margaret Patterson |
| Fundraising | The Committee Chair co-ordinates fundraising activities the Club elects to perform to raise funds for the purpose of fulfilling the Club's Community Service obligations. | Sue Kimberley |

| PR/Publicity | The Committee Chair has the responsibility to publicise upcoming events and projects through media contacts and to ensure that completed projects are recorded in the media and Kiwanis newsletters. | Benigna Avallone |
| Terrific Kids | Terrific Kids is a student recognition program that promotes character development, self-esteem, and perseverance. Students work with their classroom teacher and establish goals to improve behavior, peer relationships, attendance, or schoolwork. The TERRIFIC acronym stands for: Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive, Capable. | Peter Aebersold |
