Internet Club Of Bayside
Serving the Children of the World

Secretary Peter wanted to keep in touch with e-Kiwanis Bayside members while travelling away from his Queensland home in 2008.  Euroka Station, north east of Conargo NSW, did not have suitable internet or mobile phone facilities available.  Using a USB broadband connection, Peter was able to make a connection, with the help of a boost to reception provided by the wire netting surrounding the Euroka homestead tennis court.  This demonstrates one of the advantages enjoyed by Kiwanis Internet Club members.  They are able to 'attend' Kiwanis meetings in spite of geographic or mobility limitations they face that would ordinarily exclude them from joining a Service Club.
